The most popular in Denyo's production line two-post welding machines DLW-400LSW is designed for organizing one or two welding stations in the field, at oil and gas fields, construction sites in shops and other places where it is not possible to use welding machines powered by AC mains. The Denyo DLW-400LSW is a two-station Diesel welding machines that is the most popular model in the Denyo’s production line and is designed to set up one or two welding stations in field conditions, oil and gas fields, construction sites, workshops, and other places, where there is no possibility to use welding machines, powered by AC power networks. The Denyo DLW-400LSW welding unit allows to carry out high-quality manual arc welding with shielded electrodes, while enabling two welders to work simultaneously. The unit can be used as a welding apparatus in areas where electricity supply is not possible for some reasons, and can serve as an autonomous power source with a capacity of up to 15 kW.

The new model of the DLW-400LSW welding machine is featured by improved welding characteristics and increased efficiency. Being compact and lightweight, weighing only 471 kg, it has a high-power output. The model uses an engine from the well-known Japanese company Kubota, which is renowned for its high-quality and reliable products in the compact equipment market.

The noise level is very low at just 64.1 dB, exhaust gas emissions are minimized, and it can be operated nearby without discomfort. It is equipped with a three-position engine speed regulator, which significantly reduces fuel consumption.

The generator and engine, along with other components of the unit, are securely mounted on a single frame and concealed in a durable steel casing, which protects the entire structure from various mechanical damages and harsh climatic conditions.

The unit has an economical mode (E-mode), which reduces fuel consumption and noise level. It automatically switches to idle speed when no welding work is being performed, which extends the service life and reduces diesel fuel consumption.

The unique welding current control system, developed and manufactured by Denyo using modern IGBT transistors, ensures stable output parameters, guaranteeing high-quality welding with any electrodes.

For this welding machine, a smooth arc welding pressure regulator has been developed, allowing the selection of the desired ratio of welding current and short-circuit current. The unit is also equipped with a switch for welding modes: flat falling V-A characteristics (DROOP mode) and steep-falling V-A characteristics (Constant Current mode). This makes the welder’s job much easier.

To stabilize the AC output voltage, a high quality automatic AVR unit is installed, which is designed for long-term loads.

The machine is also equipped with standard options of safety devices that will automatically shut down the unit in the event of an emergency situation: reduced engine oil pressure, increased coolant temperature, current overload, etc. It uses a high-frequency brushless generator, which is low-maintenance and durable.
